FRANCES EMMA BARLOW, daughter of THOMAS PAINE BARLOW and FRANCES ANICA PREBLE, she was born June 20, 1818 in Kalorama, Washington D.C., and died February 12, 1845 in Washington Co Pennsylvania

She married HUGH WASHINGTON WILSON on April 25, 1837. He was born February 22, 1812, and died May 03, 1861 in Washington, Washington Co Pennsylvania

Frances Emma Barlow and Hugh Washington Wilson had three children:

He married MARY LEET on November 25, 1862, in the home of John L. Cooke, Mary Leet's uncle.  She was born July 04, 1842, and died April 02, 1918 in San Diego, California

  Hugh Washington Wilson, born September 23, 1863, and died 1940
He married Florence Brown Stafford in 1920.

  Frederick Barlow Wilson, born January 13, 1871, and died February 29, 1924
He married Mayes Jones on October 19, 1897.  She was born 1869, and died 1959.

She married ANDREW TODD BAIRD on June 08, 1865 in Locust Hill, Washington Co Pennsylvania.  He was born September 25, 1831, and died March 25, 1887 in Locust Hill, Washington Co Pennsylvania.

He married Hazel Eunice Brewer on July 02, 1925 in St. Paul Minnesota.  She was born August 25, 1896, and died January 19, 1991 in St. Paul, Minnesota

  Charlotte H. Mowry Wilson, born February 17, 1899, and died April 17, 1996
She married William Jacob Allman on June 30, 1926 in San Diego California.  He was born October 12, 1898, and June 06, 1983
  Elizabeth Lyttleton Wilson, born January 16, 1903, and died October 15, 1981 in San Diego, California
She married Ranald James Moran on June 30, 1926 in San Diego California.  He was born July 06, 1900, and January 28, 1988 in San Diego, California
 
Dorothy Swearengen Wilson, born April 28, 1905, and died July 09, 1985 in San Diego, California
She married Joseph Robert Smith on December 27, 1826 in San Diego California.  He was born November 19, 1899, and died August 21, 1954 in San Diego, California
