CHARLES PICKNEY BARLOW, born 13 August 1848 in Georgia, and died 09 March 1916 in Navarro Co Texas.

He married 1) MOLLIE L. O'BANNON on 12 September 1875 in Navarro Co Texas. [This is the same date of marriage as his sister, Laura to Moses Paul]
He married 2) FANNIE EULALIA CARSWELL on 24 December 1879. The daughter of Matthew Carswell and Sarah E. O'bannon, she was born 22 June 1864 in Texas or Louisiana, and died 17 September 1942 in Navarro Co Texas. Death Certificate from Stacy Mims

I have been unsuccessful at finding any census records for Charles prior to the 1880 census, at which time he is already in his second marriage. I feel certain he is a part of the Isle of Wight Barlow family, as he and several members of his family are mentioned in the Bible records of Charles B. Barlow and Bettie Owens. Several genealogies online have confused Charles P. as the son of Thomas and Mary Barlow, but after much research, I have determined Charles B. to be the son of Thomas and Mary. I believe Charles P. must be an uncle, nephew, cousin, or some close relationship to Charles B., but just can't find that relationship. They both live in Navarro Co Texas.

Thanks to Stacy Mims, I know that Henry Paul is the son of Moses Z. Paul and Laura Irene Barlow, thus, Laura is surely a sister to Charles P. See her lineage after Charles.

The son of James Lafayette Richardson and Mary Elizabeth Moser, he was born 06 July 1873 in Corinth, Alcorn Co Mississippi, and died 07 September 1940 in Coryell Co Texas. 1910 Kaufman Co Texas 1920 Navarro Co Texas 1930 Austin, Travis Co Texas
ii.	FANNIE ESTELLE 'ESSIE' BARLOW, born 20 September 1884 in Texas, and died 14 December 1967 in Wichita Falls, Wichita Co Texas. [SSDI] She apparently did not marry. I could not locate her in a census after 1900.
iii.	THOMAS MATTHEW BARLOW, born 13 June 1887 in Texas, and died 13 April 1937 in Navarro Co Texas. He did not marry. With mother in all census records.
iv.	CHARLIE HUGH BARLOW, born 23 August 1889 in Texas, and died 09 December 1979 in Navarro Co Texas. He married BERTHA PEARL RAMSEY. She was born 12 August 1888 in Texas, and died 09 December 1966 in Texas 1930 Navarro Co Texas
v.	JOHN PINKNEY BARLOW, born 04 February 1892 in Texas, and died 28 January 1935 in Navarro Co Texas. He married ILA MAY FLETCHER on 31 July 1919 in Texas. 1920 Navarro Co Texas I could not find them in a 1930 census.
vi.	LERA GERTRUDE BARLOW, born 19 December 1893 in Texas, and died 18 February 1996 in Pittsburg, Camp Co Texas. She married CHARLES MARC CHAPPELL on 05 May 1918 in Texas. He was born 30 May 1884 in Kaufman Co Texas, and died 29 April 1960 in Camp Co Texas. 1920 Navarro Co Texas 1930 Camp Co Texas
vii.	HAYDEN SAMUEL BARLOW, born 18 August 1899 in Texas, and died March 1984 in Kerens, Navarro Co Texas. He married IRMA OLIVE DOWNING on 14 August 1929 in Texas. She was born 25 May 1901 in Texas, and died 27 December 1984 in Kerens, Navarro Co Texas. Hayden is shown at home with his mother in the 1930 census making me think the marriage date is incorrect.
viii.	MARY LOU BARLOW, born 02 November 1901 in Texas, and died 22 March 1975 in Texas. 1930 Jefferson Co Texas She married HARRY JOSEPH CASON. He was born 05 June 1899 in Texas, and died 27 January 1967 in Port Arthur, Jefferson Co Texas.

2.	LAURA IRENE or LAURA J. BARLOW, born c1856-57 in Georgia. She married MOSES ZEPH PAUL on 12 September 1875 in Navarro Co Texas. The son of Robert and Sarah Paul, he was born c1856 in Pike Co Alabama.

I was unable to locate Laura or Mose after the 1880 census. Henry is living with his Uncle Charles P. in 1900.
