Looking for parents of John M. Barlow. John's
family appears below, however, information leading to his parents
has been confusing and frustrating Can anyone shed light on this?
John's obituary shows his father as Kale Barlow.... The 1880 census
has Calib Barlow with a son John the right age wife's name, county,
everything fits except Calib's birth place is North Carolina,
not South Carolina. Then I got John's death certificate that had
his father's name as William K. Barlow born in South Carolina.
