The report of the Pauper Committee recommending the allowance of the following claims was approved, and the clerk was directed to issue orders upon the treasurer for the same, as follows, to wit:

Cyrenius S. Barlow was born in 1830 in New York, and died before 1880. [Edson Barlow]

He married Sarah A. Brackbill on 27 February 1855 in Niles, Berrien Co Michigan.  Sarah was born in May 1836 in Canada. [Edson Barlow]

Frederick G. Barlow, born 07 May 1844, Niles, Berrien Co Michigan, and died 13 May 1926, Magnum, Greer Co Oklahoma

He married Cornelia “Nellie” Grow / Brow on 05 December 1869, in Jo Daviess Co Illinois.  She was born 06 December 1848 in Virgil, Cortland Co New York, and died 12 April 1912 in Magnum, Greer Co Oklahoma

Elizabeth A. Barlow, born 1838 in New York, and died 18 July 1903 in Illinois

She married 1. John C. Forrester July 26, 1853. [Edsom Barlow] He was born about 1831 in New York, and died 13 March 1862 

She married 2. George Hall on 13 May 1869 in Amboy, Lee Co Illinois.  He was born 1838, in Oxfordshire, England, and died 08 April 1879 in Naperville, Du Page Co Illinois.

Belle J. Forrester, born 16 October 1863, in Amboy, Lee Co Illinois, or Homer, Illinois, and died 03 June 1941, in Englewood Hospital, Chicago, Cook Co Illinois.

George Roy Hall, born 08 Apr 1871, Naperville, Du Page Co Illinois.

Arabella Barlow, born about 1842 in Michigan

She married W.H. Graves on 19 February 1863 in Berrien Co Michigan

Henry Clay Barlow, born 15 August 1850, Niles, Berrien Co Michigan, and died 06 Dec 1921, Chicago, Cook Co Illinois

He married Mary Louisa Cone about 1875 in Minnesota.  She was born about 1858, in Winona, Winona, Minnesota, and died about 1934, Chicago, Cook Co Illinois

We see by last Saturday's Winona (Minn,) Tribune, that on that day Mr. H.C. Barlow, a former Amboy boy, on retiring from the division freight agency of the Winona Div. C & N. Railroad, was the recipient of an elegant open-faced gold chronograph watch of Waltham make, with heavy curb chain and charm, valued at $300, from business men of Winona, as a token of their appreciation of the able and courteous manner in which Mr. Barlow had performed the duties of his office.

Henry C. Barlow, division superintendent of the Achinson, Topeka & Santa Fe railroad, is in Amboy with his bride on their wedding tour. Their home is in Topeka.

We notice by a recent order of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe railroad that Mr. Henry Barlow, one of Amboy's boys, has recently been appointed general freight agent of that company, with head-quarters at Topeka. He is a son of L.S. Barlow. We congratu- late "Henry" on his promotion - an evidence of trust-worthiness.

Henry Clay Barlow Cook Co Illinois:  Traffic Director of 10 South LaSalle St, was born August 15, 1850 in Niles, Michigan
He was formerly Traffic Manager of the Wisconsin Central Lines   He is now Traffic Director of the Chicago Association of Commerce

Ida L. Barlow, born January 1856 in Michigan

She married Henry C. Keeling on 17 October 1883 in Amboy, Lee Co Illinois.   He was born August 1852 in Louisiana, and died 1930 in Caldwell, Sumner Co Kansas.

Miss Ida Barlow, who has been attending Highland Hall school, near Chicago, is at home for the summer vacation.

Miss Ida Barlow is visiting friends in Sparta, Wisconsin

On Thursday evening before Christmas, we see by the Omaha Daily Republican, a grand musicale was given at the residence of Hon. Leavitt Hurnham, in that city, in honor of Miss Ida J. Barlow, at which were present all the notables of that city. It was a high compliment to a deserving young lady.   (the initial is wrong, but I believe she is the same)

A very quiet wedding occurred in Amboy this week, the high standing socially of both parties making it indeed noteworthy. On Wednesday morning last Mr. Henry C. Keeling of Caldwell, Kansas, and Miss Ida L. Barlow were united in marriage at the bride's home in this city. The ceremony was performed by Rev. S. A. Norton of the Congregational church, being witnessed only by immediate relatives. Miss Ida is the beautiful and accomplished daughter of Mr. L. S. Barlow, and is an acknowledged lady of true worthiness. Having been brought up in Amboy, where she is universally esteemed. Her friends are pleased to see her happy union with Mr. Keeling, who is also one of our former townsmen. They left on the early train for Kansas where Mr. Keeling is engaged by the government, and where they will make their future home. THE NEWS with their hosts of friends wish them prosperity and happiness in their new relations.

She married John Thomas Fisher 20 June 1883 in Cook Co Illinois.   He was born 16 October 1859, Wilmington, Will Co Illinois, and died 29 November 1920, Joliet, Will Co Illinois.

Jeanette B. Keeling, born August 1884, Kansas

She married Judge Henry D. Henry on 26 January 1910.  He was born 26 November 1876, Bethpage, Sumner Co Tennessee, and died 08 January 1929
