OTICE is hereby given that the
undersigned guardian of Julia Ann Barlow, minor heir
of Washington Barlow, deceased, will make application
to the Probate
court of Atchison county, Mo., at
the January term thereof, commencing
on Monday, January 3d, 1876, to resign my guardianship of
said Julia Ann Barlow.
All persons interested will take due notice
and govern themselves
accordingly.
