67, of Itta Bena, who died of heart failure Tuesday, May 15, 2001,
Mrs. Barlow, a native of
Chester in Choctaw County, was a homemaker, mother, and grandmother
who

Humphries High School in Itta Bena and attended
Sunflower Junior College in
Mrs. Barlow operated Mine & Yours
Antiques and Accents about 15 years. She was a member of the Itta
Mrs. Barlow is survived by her
husband, Raymond Barlow of Itta Bena; one daughter, Donna
Diggs of
The Rev. George Meadows and the Rev.
Higdon Herrington will officiate at the services. Burial will be
in
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 tonight at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Baptist Children's Village in Jackson. Pallbearers wil be William Raby,

Avo Dale "Scurlock" Barlow
Services for Mrs. Avo Dale Barlow, 69, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday
at Antioch Baptist
Church and burial will be in the church cemetery with Hartman Funeral
Home in charge.
She died Saturday at Hardy Wilson Hospital after a long illness.
Survivors are seven sons, Aubrey, Stevie, and Thomas Barlow, all of
Hazlehurst, Hugh and
Claude Barlow, both of Jackson, Harold Barlow of Orlando, Florida,
and Edward Barlow of
Clinton, four brothers, Henry Scurlock of Bogalusa Louisiana, Sam Scurlock
of Greenwood,
Andrew Scurlock of Raymond, and Daniel Sucurlock of Hazlehurst, four
sisters, Mrs. Dora Maey
Bishop, Mrs. Cleo Turnage, both of Hazelhurst, Mrs. Bertha Smith of
Wesson, and Mrs. Cora Lee
Moore at Raymond, and 20 grandchildren.
