Dennis Pickney Berry4 (John3, John2, John1), son of John Jackson Berry and Alisie Miles was born April 19, 1828, and died January 15, 1905.

He married  Sarah "Sallie" Ann Quinn, daughter of David and Rebecca Quinn
She was born February 24, 1834, and died December 02, 1900

Both are said to be buried in Strong River Cemetery, Simpson Co Mississippi, but if they are, the graves are unmarked

Family Circle: Sallie is a sister to Mary Quinn who married Dennis' brother, Tally Miles Berry

I find Dennis in the 1850 Simpson Co census, age 22, in the household of Duncan and  Martha Sinclair,  his occupation is grocer.

Benjamin Briley Berry  born  March 25, 1867 in Mississippi, and died on November 23, 1948, burial in the Calvary Cemetery, Silver Creek, Lawrence Co Mississippi
He married Adailaide L. "Addie" Myers January 28, 1892 in Lawrence Co Mississippi. She was the daughter of Sheridan James Myers and Pamelia Angelion Dickerson.
Notes: The 1870 census shows a Bennett Berry, age 1.  There is not a Bennett Berry shown in the Bible records, so I feel he  may be the same as Benjamin, but his age should have been 4-5 years old.  If he is not the same, then the question of where Benjamin was during that census is left to question.  I think most likely, this is Benjamin.
Apparently, the marriage between Benjamin and Addie did not last, or else she died, he is listed as a boarder in the household of Andrew J. Nelson in the 1910 Lawrence Co Mississippi census. It is unclear what his marital status is, the writing is illegible.
