County of Freestone
January the 6th

I,  German Berry, of  the aforesaid  State and County, a farmer and stock raiser,  make this my last will.  I give, devise, and bequeath my estate and property real and personal, as follows, that is to say:

I give and bequeath to  A.J. Berry Eleven hundred dollars, besides at a former time, I gave him a quarter of a section of land estimated to be worth Five hundred dollars, one horse worth one hundre dollars, and some cattle.

I give and devise to Louisa R. Hughes and her heirs Twenty Six Acres of land,  being a portion of the  R.B. Longbotham league and I give and bequeath to her and her heirs all of my cattle, one mule, one horse, and one filly.

Having  prior to this  my  last will and  testament given, devised, and  bequeathed to  Joseph B. Berry  one quarter of a section of land worth Five hundred dollars and Six hundred dollars in gold.

I also gave, devised and bequeathed to Pleasant B. Berry one quarter section of land worth Five hundred dollars.

I also gave and devised to Sarah Ann E. Cooper one hundred and Fifty Acres of landworth Five hundred dollars.

I also gave, devised, and  bequeathed to  Mary C.B. Webb one quarter of  a section of  land worth Five hundred dollars, one horse worth one hundred dollars, and Ten heads of cattle worth one hundred dollars.

In  witness whereof  I have  signed and  sealed and published this  instrument as my  will at home in Freestone County Texas on this 6th day of January AD 1880.

The said  German Berry at  said home in said  State of Texas and County of Freestone and on said 6th day of January AD 1880, signed and sealed this instrument,  and published and  declared the same as, and for his last will  And we at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of  each other,  have  hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.
