Kate5 Hilton (Solomon A.4, William Isaac3, William2, Mr.1) daughter of Solomon A. Hilton and Sarah Eda Loflin, was born March 1886 in Desoto Parish Louisiana, and died 1932.

She married Frank Jefferson Stephens February 01, 1903 in Desoto Parish Louisiana.
Both are buried in Bethel Cemetery, Logansport, Desoto Parish Louisiana.

She was born March 30, 1920. They had one son, and adopted a daughter.

Charlie Edward Stephens, born September 05, 1910 in Logansport, Desoto Parish Louisiana & died November 02, 1977 in Logansport, Desoto Parish Louisiana, where he is also buried in the Bethel Cemetery.
He married Ima Love Burton February 01, 1933 in Logansport, Desoto Parish Louisiana, daughter of Jim Burton and Lena Plaisance.  She was born December 11, 1913.

They had 2 daughters, Frankie Joyce Stephens Morris who was born in 1937 and died in Honolulu Hawaii in 1982, and buried in Bethel Cemetery at Desoto Parish Louisana, and Anita Merline.

Mamie Stephens, born June 18, 1912 in Logansport, Desoto Parish Louisiana and died January 15, 1931, burial in Bethel Cemetery, Logansport, Desoto Parish Louisiana. 
She married Glen Cox October 1930.

Mrs. Mamie Stephens Cox, age 19 years, 6 months, died last Thursday, January 15, after a brief illness with pneumonia at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stephens on Rt. 1.
She is survived by her husband and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stephens, one sister, Mary Stephens, and three brothers, John, William, & Charlie. She always had a smile for everyone and was loved by all who knew her.

Death of Mrs. Glen Cox

The death angel visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stephens Thursday night, January 15, 1931, and took their daughter, Mrs. Glen Cox, age 19 years, six months.

Mrs. Cox had many friends in this community, who were sorry to hear of her death.

She had only been married three months, & besides her bereaved husband, she leaves her parents and one sister, Mary and three brothers, Charlie, William and John.

She married 2) Isaac Heard October 15, 1931, son of John Heard and Lizzie Billingsley

He was born August 26, 1904  and died May 04, 1962, burial in Bethel Cemetery,  Logansport, Desoto Parish Louisiana

Mary and Isaac had 3 children, one of whom was born and died in 1943.
