Luther Wesley5 Hilton (William Patrick4, William Isaac3, William2, Mr.1) son of William Patrick Hilton and Almedia Barlow, was born January 24, 1879 in Magee, Simpson Co Mississippi, & died February 15, 1954 in Mitchell, Sabine Parish Louisiana.

He married  Wensie Berry   November 25, 1903 in Pinola, Simpson Co Mississippi, daughter of John Jackson Berry and Margaret Bishop. She was born February 08, 1886 & died January 24, 1960. Both are buried in Oak Grove Cemetery, Sabine Parish, Louisiana

She married Phoenix Arden Henderson March 02, 1936; apparently remarried after Lillian's death.  He was born August 17, 1915 &  died February 08, 1988. 
Both are buried at Oak Grove Cemetery, Sabine Parish Louisiana.

Services  for  Mr. Phoenix A. Henderson, 72, of  Converse, were held at 2 pm Wednesday, February 10 at the Fellowship Baptist Church near Converse.   The  Rev. Bob  Miller, pastor of  Fellowship Baptist Church, officiated.  Burial was at Oak Grove Cemetery near  Converse under  the direction of Rose Neath Funeral home in  Mansfield.

Mr. Henderson died Monday, February 08, 1988 at Willis Knighton Medical Center in Shreveport after a brief illness. He was retired as a production foreman for Cities Service. He was an active member of Mitchell Masonic Lodge No. 252 in Converse for over 50 years, & was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church near Converse.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn E. Henderson of Converse; a daughter, Mary Nell Pazzaglia of Bossier City; two sons, Nash Henderson of Rockport, Texas & Jack A. Henderson of Keithville, a sister, Agnes Lucille Hoffman of Averill Park, NY; two brothers, Dr. R.C. Looney of Lake Charles and Benjamin M. Looney of Highlands, Texas; 3 step-sons, Larry Garcie, Mike Garcie & Joseph Ray Garcie, 14 grandchildren and five great  grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Edward Burnett, Odell Grice, David Winchester, Quinton Spillyards, Jim Pazzaglia and Looney Jackson.

Honorary pallbearers members of the Mitchell Masonic Lodge No. 252 of Converse.
