Town of  Constable:
Barlow, Charles A., born 1846 in Bangor, New York. Enlisted in 142nd NY  Co. H, as a Private, January 1864, and deserted on May 08, 1865.  Was living in Malone in 1890.

Town of Malone:
Barlow, Fayette, born 1845 in Malone, New York, resident of Malone.  His mother's name was Olive Barlow, maiden name unknown.  He enlisted as a Private in the 159th NY Co. C  in September and mustered out in May, 1865.

Town of Bangor:
Barlow, George, born 1837 in Canada, resident of Bangor.  He enlisted as a Private in the 193rd NY Co. G in March, 1865, but the 193rd shows no record of him.  Occupation shown as farmer.  He died in 1909 and is buried at  Bangor, New York  but was living in Malone in 1890.
