Last Will and Testament of Emery Sanford

I, Emery Sanford, of Parishville, N.Y. being of sound mind and memmory, do make the following last will and testament:

1rst: 

I direct the payment of my funeral expenses and my just debts, if any.

2nd: 
I direct that my wife Julia Barlow Sanford have the right to the use of my home place in the village of Parishville for one year after my death.  I also give her my automobile and my household goods, except that I give my sideboard to my daughter Mabel Cheney, of West Stockholm, N.Y., and my sewing table to my daughter Mary Bombard, of Brushton, N.Y.
3rd:
I give and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, of every kind, name & nature, to my daughter Mabel Cheney and Mary Bombard as follows: two thirds thereof to said Mable Cheney and one-third thereof to said Mary Bombard.
4th:
I appoint my son Walter Sanford, of Potsdam, N.Y., sole executor of this, my last will and testament, giving him authority to sell and convey my real estate in order to carry out the provisions of this will.    I revoke all former will by me made.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Parishville, N.Y., this19th day of  March, 1923.
