To brother Abner Barnet. To daughter Elizabeth Barnet (sometimes called Elizabeth Stedham), now living with Richard and Henrietta Flower at Chester Mill. If said daughter dies under age, to the following: brother Abner Barnet, Elizabeth Barlow and Levina Barlow, daughters of sister Elizabeth, late wife of John Barlow.

Mordecai McDonald to James Perry
Know that I Mordecai McDonald of Bourbon County, State of Kentucky for and in consideration of the sum of 300 pounds, now paid by James Perry of Westmoreland County, sold a certain tract or parcel of land being in Derry Township Westmoreland County, adjoining land of John Craig, Samuel Parr, Andrew Wells, and others in the whole containing 250 acres, this 11th day of August 1798.
