San Angelo Standard Times  May 03, 1964  Finis Barlow Rites Monday   Finis H. Barlow, 85, of 1317 S. Monroe died at 3:20 p.m. Saturday in St. John's Hospital.    Mr. Barlow was  born  March 29, 1879 in  Greenville.    He resided in  Cleburne and  Fort Worth   prior  to moving here in 1927.  He was a retired insurance agent for Mutual of Omaha.   He was married July 17, 1952 to  Paula Shiflett here.  Mr. Barlow was an elder of the First Presbyterian Church for many years.  Survivors include his wife, three daughters, Mrs. James M. Rigsby, Mrs.  Hunter Andrew and Mrs.  C.M. Green,  all of  San Angelo,  three sisters, Mrs. Joesph B. Long and Mrs. Lois P. White,  both  of Cleburne, and Mrs. Willis Teale of Clearwater Beach, Florida, and three grandchildren.  Funeral services will  be  held at  2 p.m.  Monday at  the  First Presbyterian Church  with the Rev.  Harold G. Odum, pastor, officiating.   Burial will be in the Fairmont Cemetery.  Active  pallbearers  will be  Max Beck,  Jack Rice,  R.B. Walker, J.G. Horwed,  W.D. Wheatley, and Walder R. Nisbet.   Honorary  pallbearers will be the elders of the First Presbyterian Church.   Note:  The 1920 census of  Johnson Co, Cleburne Texas shows his wife to be Nora J., with children, Jane            M.,  Septina, and Lenora.
