Wintle, George Barlow, Bishop of the Riverside Ward, Blackfoot Stake, Idaho, from 1896 to 1906 (presiding Elder from 1889-1893) was born October 06, 1865, in Wilson, near Ogden, Weber County, Utah, the son of John Wintie and Mary Wilson. He was baptized in May, 1875, filled a mission to the Southern States in 1894-1895, and was ordained a Bishop March 23, 1896, by John Henry Smith.
Barlow, Kimber C., Bishop of the Burley 1st Ward, Burley Stake, Idaho, from 1919 to 1923, was born January 14, 1892, at Bountiful, Utah, the son of Truman Barlow and Fannie Call. He was baptized May 06, 1900, ordained a High Priest March 30, 1919, by Wm. J. Black and ordained a Bishop July 27, 1919.
Barlow, Truman C., Bishop of the Iona Ward, Idaho Falls Stake, Idaho, from 1913 to 1919, was born October 29, 1879, in Bountiful, Utah, a son of T.H. Barlow and Fanny Call. He was ordained a Bishop November 02, 1913, by David O. McKay.
Barlow, Joseph Smith, second counselor in the presidency of the Raft River Stake, Cassia Co., Idaho, from 1921 to 1925, was born January 27, 1870, in Fairfield, Utah County, Utah, a son of Joseph Smith Barlow and Amanda Morgan. He was baptized when nine years old, ordained a Seventy December 12, 1902, by Rulon S. Wells, filled a mission to Great Britain in 1903-1904, was ordained a High Priest July 18, 1915, by John A. Elison, and set apart as second counselor in the Raft River Stake presidency August 07, 1921, by Melvin J. Ballard.
Barlow, Wilford Walter, Bishop of the Bountiful 1st Ward, South Davis Stake, Utah, from 1909 to 1915, was born October 26, 1880, in Centerville, Davis County, Utah, a son of Wilford W. Barlow and Laura Jackson. He was ordained a High Priest Feb.14, 1909, by Joseph H. Grant, and a Bishop March 27, 1909, by Francis M. Lyman.
Barlow, Israel, a member of Zion's Camp, was born September 13, 1806, in Granville, Hampden County, Massachusetts, a son of Jonathan and Annis Barlow. He came to Utah and selected his farm in West Bountiful in October, 1848, moving his family there for the summer of 1849, and permanently located there in 1850. Brother Barlow was ordained a Patriarch by Wifford Woodruff in 1882. He died November 01, 1883, in West Bountiful. He was the first nurseryman in Davis County, Utah.
