Gary Joe Barlow, 36, of Gig Harbor, who died Sunday, was an investor who held interests in several businesses. Mr. Barlow was born in Stockton, Texas, and moved to Gig Harbor three years ago. He owned Alexander's restaurant in Salem, Ore., and had owned the Classic, a Gig Harbor restaurant, and he was a member of the Church of Latter-day Saints. Surviving are his wife and four children, all of Gig Harbor; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Barlow of Boise, Idaho; three sisters, Sherrie Grundhauser of Tucson, Ariz., and Sheila and Dennise Maples, both of Waco, Texas; and two brothers, Roger and Tom Maples, both of Waco, Texas. Morley-Mellinger Funeral Home is in charge.
