The two pictures above are of the main dining room1 The roof looks quite old as does the fireplace. Note the picture of the queen above the fireplace and the coat of arms in the fireplace.

This plaque is on the outside wall near the old sundial1. It says: "To commemorate the presentation of the old bell of Barlow Hall by the captain, president and members of Chorlton-cum-Hardy golf club to his Lordship the Bishop of Salford on the seventh of Februrary 1968. In memory of blessed Ambrose Barlow, born at Barlow Hall, November 1585, martyred at Lancaster, tenth of September 1641" Notes
